Upphandlingen omfattar leveranser av varm mat och vissa kompletterande varor från Vadstenas centralköket till mottagningskök (förskolor, skolor, äldreboende samt gruppboende). Leveranserna sker till samtliga enheterna alla vardagar under året. Leveranser till omsorgen sker alla dagar om året, inkl helg. Leveransställen kan förändras under avtalstiden. Leveransställen kan tillkomma eller utgå. Förskolorna har öppet ca 48 veckor om året. Skolor har öppet ca 178 dagar om året. Omsorg har öppet året runt.
