Description
Scopul initierii procedurii îl constituie atribuirea contractului de furnizare de materiale sanitare si sisteme de monitorizare glicemica continua, prin incheierea unor acorduri cadru cu o durata de 3 ani, durata ce poate fi prelungita prin act-aditional, cu acordul partilor, cu maxim 12 luni, conform art. 221, alin. 1, litera a, Legea 98/2016. Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
