Predmet zákazky je rozdelený na 8 častí v závislosti od požadovaných technických a funkčných parametrov v nasledovnom rozsahu: Časť č. 1: Želatínové vstrebateľné hemostatikum - Želatínová hubka Časť č. 2: Oxidovaná regenerovaná celulóza Časť č. 3: Hemostatikum s použitím trombínu Časť č. 4: Práškové polysacharidové hemostatikum s aplikátorom Časť č. 5: Tlaková hemostatická náplasť Časť č. 6: Oxidovaná regenerovaná celulóza pre použitie v neurochirurgii Časť č. 7: Syntetické hydrogelové lepidlo Časť č. 8: Želatínové hemostatikum – lyofilizovaný kit Predmet zákazky musí byť nový, nepoužívaný, v originálnom balení bez akýchkoľvek známok poškodenia a funkčných vád, s minimálnymi technickými a funkčnými parametrami uvedenými verejným obstarávateľom a musí byť určený na humánne použitie.
