Description
I Riksskogstaxeringens verksamhet ingår bl a mätning av tillväxt och räkning av ålder på borrspån tagna från provträd. SLU söker därför en leverantör som kan bistå med planering, genomförande och uppföljande analyser av dessa mätningar. Fältproverna (dvs borrkärnorna) samlas in av SLU:s fältpersonal. Leverantören utför mätningarna på valfri plats (i normalfallet en egen lokal som leverantören har för att utföra sitt normala jobb). Analys av borrspån inkluderar preparering samt mätning av tillväxt och räkning av ålder i mikroskop. Programvara för detta tillhandahålls av SLU. Efter utförd mätning/räkning/analys levererar leverantören borrspånen till SLU:s kontor i Umeå. I uppdraget ingår även viss kontorstid.
