Luleå kommun har behov av maskintjänster för vinterväghållning. Uppdraget omfattar plogning, moddplogning, städning/snöbärning, underhållshyvling, vårhyvling, snöbortforsling,skötsel av snötipp, halkbekämpning och sandupptagning av ca 26 mil prioriterade gator samt busshållplatser, trottoarer längsmed bussgator, ca 21 mil bostadsgator, ca 23 mil gång- och cykelvägar. Luleå kommun ansvarar för samordning och ledning av dessa maskintjänster. Det som upphandlas omfattar även maskintjänster av sommarunderhåll.
