Syftet med denna upphandling är att tillgodose Beställarens behov av succesiva avrop av maskin- och transporttjänster såsom lastbilstransporter, hyra av fordon och maskiner för anläggningsarbete med förare samt utan förare, och anläggningsarbetare. Upphandlingen avser dels planerade arbeten och dels mer akuta/oplanerade arbeten. Upphandlingen omfattar beredskap.
