Deze marktverkenning is bedoeld om het concept Programma van Eisen aan te scherpen vóór publicatie van de aanbesteding voor “Modernisering IT landschap Sociaal Domein”. Concreet wil de gemeente: Toetsen of de voorgenomen eisen realistisch en marktconform zijn. Inzicht krijgen in wat marktpartijen standaard leveren en wat maatwerk vergt. De perceelindeling bepalen, één opdracht voor alle vier wetten, of gescheiden percelen. Toetsen of de gevraagde functionaliteit in één applicatie beschikbaar is of over meerdere applicaties verdeeld wordt. Sleutelgebruikers een reëel referentiebeeld geven van wat er in de markt beschikbaar is, zodat hun input op het PvE onderbouwd is. De opzet van de aanbestedingsprocedure zelf goed inrichten, waaronder de vorm en omvang van de demo in de gunningsfase.
