Description
Der Auftraggeber führt zur Vorbereitung eines in Aussicht genommenen Vergabeverfahrens zur Beschaffung von Ultraschallgeräten (inkl. das in den Leistungsbeschreibungen genannte Zubehör) eine europaweite Markterkundung gemäß § 24 BVergG 2018 durch. Sowohl der Auftraggeber als auch die teilnehmenden Unternehmen sind nicht an die Angaben und Ergebnisse der Markterkundung gebunden, da es sich um eine unverbindliche Marktabfrage handelt.
