Die vielfach unterschiedlichen fachlichen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen an eine komplexe IT-Lösung für ÖBB-Teilkonzerne können aufgrund des gestiegenen Aufwands, der umfangreichen Technik, aber auch aufgrund stetig steigenden Anforderungen nicht durchgängig durch interne Stellen gedeckt werden. Aus diesem Grund sollen geeignete Unternehmen für die Unterstützung und Durchführung einer Markterkundung (RFi) und einer umfangreichen Ausschreibungsbegleitung den Fachabteilungen zur Verfügung stehen.
