Description
Sinds 2008 gebruikt de Centrale Dienst Proefdieren (CDP), onderdeel van het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen (UMCG), drie sterilisatoren, met een vierde toegevoegd in 2024. Deze apparaten, die via de afdeling UMCG/Medische Technologie worden onderhouden, kampen met verouderde en moeilijk vervangbare onderdelen. De huidige systemen werken op basis van stoom echter met de aangekondigde afbouw van de centrale stoomvoorziening in het UMCG tegen 2028, en de toenemende onderhoudsproblemen, is een duurzame en betrouwbare vervanging noodzakelijk. De huidige stoomgebaseerde sterilisatoren zijn dus niet langer toekomstbestendig en bieden beperkte mogelijkheden voor revisie. Doel van deze marktconsultatie is om de leveranciersmarkt schriftelijk te bevragen naar een toekomstbestendige oplossing die past binnen de kaders die het CDP stelt aan deze oplossing.
