Description
KVK heeft momenteel een overeenkomst met Vodafone voor Mobiele en Vaste telefonie, infrastructuur vaste lijnen (telefonie), ACD, implementatie en support. Deze overeenkomst eindigt eind 2024. Aangezien KVK gebruik wil blijven maken van de dienstverlening telefonie excl. klantcontactsoftware is een Europese aanbesteding noodzakelijk. Om een actueel beeld van de markt te krijgen, komen we graag in contact met marktpartijen.
