KVK maakt op dit moment gebruik van de Service Management Tool van TOPdesk, waarvan overkoepelend gebruik wordt gemaakt door IT (DevOps) teams, Human Resources en afdeling Facilitair, Huisvesting en Inkoop. Deze overeenkomst eindigt medio 2026. KVK wil opnieuw een overeenkomst afsluiten voor een Service Management Tool en overweegt een integratie met een Agile Project Management Tool. Met deze marktconsultatie zoekt KVK aansluiting met de markt en doet in dat kader een beroep op uw kennis en ervaring.
