Description
Voor de betreffende bouwprojecten wordt aan marktpartijen gevraagd welke informatie nodig is om later een goede, proportionele en uitvoerbare aanbesteding op te stellen. De consultatie richt zich niet alleen op ervaringen, maar vooral op de haalbaarheid binnen onderwijsgebouwen, de noodzakelijke randvoorwaarden, realistische prestaties, risico’s en de wijze waarop dit het beste kan worden uitgevraagd. De marktconsultatie bestaat uit 4 percelen: Perceel 1: Innovatie maatregelen Perceel 2: Passief Bouwen Perceel 3: Ervaring met parametrisch model Perceel 4: Wijze van aanbesteden. Marktpartijen kunnen op 1 of meerdere percelen hun input geven. De marktconsultatie bestaat uit 4 percelen: - Perceel 1: Innovatie maatregelen - Perceel 2: Passief Bouwen - Perceel 3: Ervaring met parametrisch model - Perceel 4: Wijze van aanbesteden. De bundel betreft 3 bouwprojecten: - IKC Beverwijk te Beverwijk, 2.575m² bvo - IKC Het Zuiderlicht te Zutphen, tussen de 1.100m² en 1.437m² - IKC Zelhem te Zelhem, 2.312m² bvo
