14 Onderwijs- en onderzoekinstellingen en SURF zelf hebben het voornemen om een nieuwe raamovereenkomst af te nemen voor dienstverlening van onafhankelijke (IT) marktonderzoek en andere IT gerelateerde adviesdiensten in de vorm van: Independent Market Research & IT Advice. De huidige raamovereenkomst eindigt per 1 juli 2026, de nadere overeenkomsten eindigen op zijn laatst op 1 januari 2027.
