Description
Het UMCG, afdeling dialyse is voornemens een opdracht te gaan plaatsen voor de levering en installatie van 13 hemodialysemachines en het op bestelling leveren van de machinegebonden disposables en dialysaatvloeistoffen gedurende een periode van 10 jaar. In de voorbereiding van deze aanschaf heeft het UMCG een concept Programma van Eisen en Wensen opgesteld. Het UMCG wil graag gebruik maken van de marktkennis om te achterhalen of het UMCG een volledig, duidelijk en werkbaar Programma van Eisen en Wensen heeft opgesteld. Ook wil het UMCG kennis verzamelen van de leveranciers die de omschreven apparatuur kunnen leveren die voldoet aan de concept eisen van het UMCG. De doelstelling van deze marktconsultatie is om, voorafgaand aan een formele aanbestedingsprocedure (geheel vrijblijvend) met volledige openbaarheid en zonder verplichtingen, de markt te consulteren over een aantal belangrijke aspecten van het hierboven omschreven project en de kenmerken van de markt waarin deze dienstverlening zich bevindt. De ontvangen informatie zal het UMCG, indien opportuun, gebruiken om de aanbestedingsstrategie te bepalen en om haar Programma van Eisen en Wensen vast te stellen.
