Description
De afdeling Klinische Farmacie en Farmacologie (KFF) van het UMCG wil de opslag en uitgifte van opiaten in het centrale magazijn automatiseren. Ook wil de KFF een geautomatiseerde noodkast op de locatie Beatrixoord implementeren. De overwegingen hiervoor zijn het verkrijgen van een verbeterde registratie en controle van opiaten (centrale magazijn) en van in avond- en nachtdienst uit te geven medicatie (Beatrixoord), zodat op een efficiëntere manier voldaan kan worden aan wetgeving en bovendien het financiële beheer en de patiëntveiligheid bevorderd worden. Door de implementatie van geautomatiseerde medicatie uitgifte wordt volledige traceerbaarheid en registratie op patiëntniveau gerealiseerd, waaronder een sluitende registratie van opiaten en andere medicatie. Het systeem moet op termijn uitgebreid kunnen worden, zodat ook de medicatievoorraad op verpleegafdelingen en op de OK geautomatiseerd kan worden. Daarom wordt in het project nadrukkelijk gezocht naar de aanschaf van een modulair systeem.
