Amsterdam UMC bereidt een nieuwe aanbesteding voor inzake de horeca- en banquetingvoorzieningen op locatie AMC (Voetenplein) voor de periode 2027–2038 onder de visie 'FoodCircle'. Middels deze marktconsultatie wil Amsterdam UMC in gesprek met professionele marktpartijen over de haalbaarheid, exploitatievorm, marktconformiteit en randvoorwaarden van het concept. Jaarlijkse indicatieve omzet (ex btw): Minimaal per jaar: € 2.580.000,- Maximaal per jaar: € 3.130.000,-
