SURF wil het aanbod van Blokkeersoftware zo goed mogelijk laten aansluiten op zowel de huidige als toekomstige behoeftes van instellingen. De ambitie van een groot aantal instellingen is om deze oplossing in te zetten. Deze marktconsultatie dient gezien te worden als 1e stap in de voorbereiding van een eventuele aanbesteding van SURF met als onderwerp Blokkeersoftware. Middels deze marktconsultatie wil SURF een goed beeld krijgen van de interesse en mogelijkheden vanuit de markt.
