Description
Omgevingsdienst IJsselland heeft het voornemen om de arbodienstverlening voor haar organisatie opnieuw aan te besteden. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt Omgevingsdienst IJsselland een duurzame samenwerking aan te gaan met een arbodienstverlener die aansluit bij de ambities van de organisatie op het gebied van verzuimbegeleiding, duurzame inzetbaarheid, preventie en goed werkgeverschap. Met deze marktconsultatie beoogt Omgevingsdienst IJsselland inzicht te verkrijgen in wat marktconform, uitvoerbaar en toekomstbestendig is, zodat een eventuele aanbesteding optimaal aansluit bij de mogelijkheden van de markt, de behoeften van de organisatie en de geldende wettelijke verplichtingen. Daarnaast wil Omgevingsdienst IJsselland toetsen welke contractvormen, samenwerkingsmodellen en dienstverleningselementen bijdragen aan een effectieve en duurzame samenwerking.
