Description
Tenderers are invited to participate in a market dialogue in connection with the procurement of a demolition contract for the demolition of Florø Hospital. The memoir is part of the preparation for the procurement and implementation as the contracting authority wishes to obtain procurements from potential contractors, possibly also from other interested parties. Kinn municipality has decided to demolish the existing Florø hospital, as well as Kinnvegen 2, to free up the site for the construction of a new nursing home. Florø Hospital was in operation until 2008 and it has since been empty, with the exception of parts of the basement that are used for chapels and commercial kitchens. The building was built in three construction stages. Block 1 is the oldest and was built in 1948. Block 2 was built in 1976 and it was expanded in 1988 with an extension on the first floor. Block 1 is 4 storeys and approx. 4,900 m2 and Block 2 is 3 storeys and approx. 3,000 m2 Kinnvegen 2 is a multi-family residence from 1962. The area is approx. 500 m2
