## **About the contracting authority and the assignment** Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) c/o Øvre Eiker kommune is implementing, on behalf of municipalities in the area Buskerud, Telemark, Akershus and Innlandet, competition for framework agreements and administers the framework agreements on behalf of the participants. A competition shall now be held for a framework agreement on Lade infrastructure, and VVI would like feedback on a draft of the tender documentation before the competition is announced (RFI).
