The purpose of this survey is to gather insights into available solutions for the Finnish government's digital learning environment and to shape the upcoming procurement process. Please note that this is not a call for tenders, and no tenders can be submitted at this stage. Vendors interested in participating in the market survey should complete the registration form by January 8, 2025. The main objective of this procurement is to provide government organizations in Finland with a high-quality, cost-effective, and user-friendly learning management system (LMS) that supports skills development.
