Description
Teknologian tutkimuskeskus VTT Oy (VTT) invites potential providers, who have the opportunity to offer Project and portfolio management (PPM) software for VTT's needs. A more detailed preliminary service description is described in Appendix 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE AND NOT CALL FOR TENDERS. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. Answering or not answering to this request for information shall not preclude participation in a possible tendering, that is planned to start in February-March 2025. Providers are not compensated for participating in any part of the market dialogue. Provider participates in the market dialogue by getting know the Appendix 1 and 2, and by answering the questions asked in Appendix 2.
