Description

Asker municipality would like to invite suppliers of the geographical information system (GIS) to a dialogue. Asker municipality currently has Askerkart for executive officers and residents. Askerkart is a web-based map system, but in connection with the current system supplier having notified transition to cloud, the municipality wants to update itself on the market situation and the different possibilities that exist. The dialogue meetings will be held in Asker municipality ́s premises in the period 3.11-7. 11.2025. The GIS tool shall be able to support the municipality ́s work with knowledge based decisions. It shall be a map solution for case handling in accordance with the Planning and Building Act and other legislation, at the same time that the system should be able to give inhabitants access to relevant information from the same knowledge basis. We would like the map system to be easy to administer and it has a user friendly interface. We would like tenderers to give a general system demonstration so that we can get an understanding of whether this will fit into Asker municipality ́s ICT architecture/portfolio.
