Description

Stavanger municipality shall enter into a new contract for leasing vehicles. The agreement shall apply for the entire municipality and replace the current contracts.  The municipality has a total of 739 vehicles per 30 April 2025 and 447 of these have been leased. There are 306 leased vehicles, 137 goods vans (cl. 2), and 4 lorries. The municipality aims to reduce the number of vehicles by 10%. Types of vehicles that the municipality would like to lease (only electric vehicles): Class A: Small vehicles with four seats, compact and easy to manoeuvre. Minimum 400 km range. Class B: Medium sized vehicles with minimum 4 doors. Better space for both passengers and luggage. Minimum 400 km range.  Class C: Large vehicles. Minimum 400 km range. The Lorry Stavanger municipality has decided to have a system for vehicle administration for all of the municipality ́s vehicles, both owned and leased, which is independent of the vehicle supplier at all times. The system for vehicle administration shall include tracking units in all vehicles in order to ensure an electronic logbook, information on the degree of use of the vehicles, possibility for car sharing and route planning.  We would like to …
