Upphandlingens syfte är att efter avrop tillgodose Beställarens behov av: - renovering och anläggande av VA-ledningar; både för dricksvatten, spillvatten och dagvatten, samt viss driftskötsel för VA - beredskapsverksamhet för VA-enheten - maskiner med förare - transport av material - anläggare och rörläggare Upphandlingen ska leda till ett ramavtal.
