Description

La présente consultation s'inscrit dans le cadre de la politique énergétique du Centre Hospitalier Edouard Toulouse (CHET) qui s'est fixé pour objectifs de : - Atténuer l'impact sur le climat des activités et des services du CHET tout en préservant un service Santé de qualité, - Maitriser les consommations énergétiques au sein du patrimoine du CHET, - Se saisir du dispositif éco-énergie tertiaire (DEET) pour bâtir une stratégie énergétique patrimoniale à l'horizon 2050, - Répondre aux objectifs réglementaires du décret BACS, - Répondre aux objectifs du décret d'application de la loi APER portant notamment sur l'obligation de solarisation des bâtiments et des parkings. L'objet du Marché Public Global de Performance pour les bâtiments du CHET est de : - D'améliorer la performance énergétique en énergie finale (MWh Ef) globale des bâtiments du CHET du Site principal ; - D'optimiser les coûts d'exploitation maintenance des équipements des bâtiments du CHET.
