Description

Le marché a pour objet la maintenance, la mise en conformité et le dépannage des installations de chauffage de l’Agence Il s'agit principalement de prestations d’un chauffagiste pour la mise en conformité et à niveau de l’installation de chauffage dans les bâtiments de l’Agence. Des prestations de dépannage et de réparations peuvent également avoir lieu pendant toute la durée du marché. Le marché aura une durée de 2 ans à dater de la notification de son attribution. Le marché sera reconduit 2 fois, chaque fois pour une période d’un an, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties notifiées par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins 3 mois avant la fin de la durée de 1an, 2 ans ou 3 ans. Le service sera assuré de façon continue. Le présent marché ne porte pas préjudice à la possibilité pour l’Agence de faire appel à un autre prestataire de services pour des missions ponctuelles, sans exclusivité pour l’adjudicataire du présent marché.
