Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de sacs destinés à l’activité de nettoiement et aux activités commerciales de l’Agence. Il comporte 2 lots pouvant être attribués séparément : - LOT 1 : Sacs destinés à l’activité de nettoiement de l’Agence o Sac brun pour le balayage, o Sac brun pour conteneurs 240 litres (Glutton), o Housse transparente perforée 1100 litres. o Sac transparent pour corbeilles Vigipirate - LOT 2 : Sacs destinés aux activités commerciales de l’Agence o Sacs fuchsia « PRO » 80 litres, o Sac jaune « PRO » 30 litres, o Sac bleu « PRO » 50 litres, o Sac vert biodégradable « PRO » 60 litres, o Sac orange « PRO » 30 litres, o Sac transparent pour déchets organiques 80 litres. o Sac de stockage transparents pour films plastique LDPE   Le marché aura une durée de 3 ans à dater du 10/10/2026. Le marché sera reconduit à une reprise pour une période d’un an, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins six mois avant la fin de la durée des 3 ans. L’Agence procédera à des commandes au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, sans qu’elle soit tenue de commander l’intégralité des quantités données à titre indicatif dans le pré…
