Le présent marché concerne l’étude stratégique pour le déploiement de panneaux photovoltaïques dans le parc de logements d’utilité publique en Région Wallonne notamment via : • Un état de l’art des connaissances liées au photovoltaïque ; • Une étude des avantages et inconvénients liés au partage et aux communautés d’énergie ; • Une étude des coûts-bénéfices pour les locataires et SLSP en fonction des possibilités d’investissement ; • La définition d’une stratégie d’accompagnement social ; • La définition d’une stratégie d’investissement globale pour le secteur.
