Description
Le marché visé doit être considéré comme un marché public de travaux. Dans le cadre du présent marché, la SWL souhaite favoriser l’insertion professionnelle en réalisant un effort de formation, d’insertion ou d’intégration socioprofessionnelle. Le marché consiste à financer, concevoir, ériger et commercialiser, au propre risque de l’adjudicataire, un nouveau quartier à haute qualité environnementale certifié « HQE™ Aménagement Durable », ou équivalente, de minimum 100 logements sur un terrain sis à Ottignies « Boisette », appartenant à la Société Wallonne du Logement. Il comporte les particularités suivantes : - L’octroi d’une subvention aux acquéreurs finaux, suivant le Plan de Relance de la Wallonie. - La Certification de l’opération via la démarche HQE™ Aménagement Durable, ou équivalente.
