Le marché s'articule autour de trois missions principales : la reprise de l'exploitation du parking existant, l'étude et pilotage de la réalisation du nouveau parking, et l'exploitation du nouveau parking. Il est décomposé en tranches, comme suit : - Tranche ferme : Gestion du Parking chantier « République » et gestion du Parking « Boire nord » jusqu'au 01/12/2027 ; - Tranche optionnelle n°01 : Poursuite de la gestion du Parking « Boire nord » du 02/12/2027 jusqu'au 02/05/2028 ; - Tranche optionnelle n°02 : Poursuite de la gestion du Parking « Boire nord » du 03/05/2028 jusqu'au 01/10/2028.
