Description
Le marché a pour objet la fourniture échelonnée de charrettes de balayage destinées aux activités de nettoiement des voiries en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et leur réparation. Le marché aura une durée de 2 ans à dater du 01/01/2024 Le marché sera reconduit deux fois pour une période d’un an, sauf dénonciation par l’une des parties notifiée par lettre recommandée déposée à la poste au moins six mois avant la fin de la durée de 2 et 3 ans. L’Agence procédera à des commandes au fur et à mesure de ses besoins, sans qu’elle soit tenue de commander l’intégralité des quantités données à titre indicatif dans le présent cahier spécial des charges. L’adjudicataire n’acquiert donc pas le droit de fournir ces quantités par le fait de la conclusion du marché. La notification au soumissionnaire de l’approbation de son offre n’engage également pas l’Agence à lui passer commande pour un montant global minimum. Seule la notification d’un bon de commande daté et signé confère à l’adjudicataire le droit et l’obligation de fournir les marchandises qui y sont indiquées au lieu qui y est fixé.
