Description

La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception-réalisation et d'entretien-maintenance dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation énergétique d'environ de deux cent soixante-deux (262) logements répartis en neuf (9) bâtiments à MARLY-LE-ROI (78). La présente consultation est un marché global de performance associant la conception-réalisation à l'exploitation-maintenance en application des articles L. 2171-3 et R. 2171-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Le recours au marché global de performance est justifié par un engagement contractuel sur l'objectif d'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique avec l'atteinte d'objectifs chiffrés et mesurables de performance des bâtiments. Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique.
