Le présent marché fixe 3 objectifs majeurs qui sont : - Pérenniser l'état du bâti - Améliorer l'étanchéité à l'air et à l'eau - Améliorer l'isolation du pignon bât E Le délai prévisionnel d'exécution, hors période de préparation, est de 4 Mois. Les travaux devront impérativement se dérouler de juin à septembre 2024. Période de préparation de 3 semaines à compter du 13 mai 2024. Les travaux devront être réalisés strictement comme prévu à ce planning prévisionnel ou comme prévu dans le planning du titulaire en cas d'optimisation proposée dans l'offre. Date butoir de fin de travaux : le 27 septembre 2024
