Description
La mission consiste en la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des travaux de mise en conformité incendie du bâtiment du Palais des Congrès, non compris l'hôtel, le parking et l'aile occupée antérieurement par la RTBF. Le programme des travaux doit répondre à toutes les exigences des normes en vigueur en ce qui concerne la prévention dans les établissements publics, aux demandes spécifiques des services de prévention incendie de Liège et environs. Les travaux de mise en conformité aux normes incendie sont estimés à 3 000 000 EUR hors TVA. Le soumissionnaire devra proposer une offre incluant l'ensemble des compétences suivantes : - Architecture ; - Ingénierie en stabilité ; - Ingénierie en techniques spéciales ; - Prévention incendie ; - Acoustique ; - Coordination sécurité et santé. La mission inclut une mission de coordination des différents intervenants repris ci-dessus et des éventuels intervenants extérieurs nécessaires pour mener à bonne fin la mission qui lui sera confiée.
