Description
Le présent marché de travaux fait suite à la décision du Conseil d’Administration de l’Intercommunale de Gestion Immobilière Liégeoise (IGIL) S.C.R.L. du 19 novembre 2021. Le Pouvoir Adjudicateur a décidé des dispositions suivantes concernant le marché de travaux 2020-1650, à savoir : - de renoncer à la passation du marché des LOTS 01 - GROS-ŒUVRE – PARACHEVEMENT – COORDINATION, 06 - ELECTRICITE - ASCENSEUR et 07 - ABORDS, conformément à l'article 85 de la Loi du 17 juin 2016 ; - de relancer une nouvelle procédure de passation par procédure concurrentielle avec négociation en application de l’article 38, §1er, 2° de la loi du 17 juin 2016 sur la base du cahier spécial des charges de la procédure précédente pour le LOT 01 - GROS-ŒUVRE – PARACHEVEMENT – COORDINATION ; - de relancer une nouvelle procédure de passation par procédure négociée sans publication préalable en application de l’article 42, §1, 1°, c de la Loi du 17 juin 2016, tout en maintenant les éléments essentiels du marché de base, en vue d’obtenir une offre régulière et acceptable pour le LOT 02 - COUVERTURE DE TOITURE – BARDAGE ; - de relancer une nouvelle procédure de passation par procédure négociée sans publication…
