Description
La présente consultation a pour objectif d'améliorer le cadre de vie des locataires de la SEMISE en leur assurant un environnement sécurité et tranquille. Il prévoit la réalisation simultanée des objectifs suivants : - La fourniture d'une qualité de service répondant aux exigences décrites dans le présent cahier des charges, - La médiation afin d'éviter les rassemblements et les nuisances qui en découlent - Le Rappels du règlement intérieur - La surveillance de logements vacants - La médiation pour la gestion des problèmes de voisinage - Le respect des délais de chaque intervention, La sécurité des personnes et des biens L'objet générique du marché est donc la mise en place d'un service global de surveillance, de médiation et de sécurisation légère, visant à prévenir les incivilités, à apaiser les tensions, et à sécuriser les parties communes et les logements vacants. Le titulaire est tenu à une obligation de résultat sur la qualité, la traçabilité et l'efficacité de ses prestations. Il agit par le dialogue, sans pouvoir coercitif, mais avec un devoir d'alerte et de réactivité en cas de besoin.
