Description
Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d'uvre pour la réhabilitation du patrimoine bâti et l'extension des espaces par la construction de nouveaux bâtiments d'accueil du Centre Social du Bas de la Rivière situé sur la commune de Saint Denis de la Réunion. Le programme de l'opération est détaillé au Cahiers des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
Award criteria
- Quality — Pour 60%, correspondant à la « Valeur Technique » de l'offre (noté sur 100 points) appréciée au regard du mémoire technique
- Price — Pour 40% correspondant au « Prix » des prestations (noté sur 100 points) apprécié au regard du montant global et forfaitaire total Euros TTC figurant à l'acte d'engagement.
