Description
Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d'uvre pour la réalisation des études de conception et le suivi des travaux sur le périmètre de l'hypercentre de Sainte Suzanne tel que défini au CCTP. L'opération porte principalement sur des travaux d'infrastructure (85% de l'enveloppe estimative des travaux) avec la création d'un parc urbain et des travaux de VRD. Le programme des travaux de superstructure comprend la démolition intérieure de la caserne des pompiers pour réhabiliter ce bâti en halle couverte, la démolition des bâtiments de l'ancienne école Antoine Bertin (délocalisée en 2019), la création de sanitaires publics et de rondavelles. Le programme de l'opération est détaillé dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) et en Annexe 1 du CCTP.
