MOE pour moderniser ce bâtiment vieillissant et création de nouveaux espaces en adéquation avec les nouveaux usages, en intégrant une réflexion sur les espaces extérieurs, aujourd'hui occupés en totalité par du stationnement ou constituant des espaces résiduels non qualifiés et source de nuisances, ainsi que la réhabilitation complète de l'accueil de jour et de l'espace solidarité, portés par la Sasson et dont les travaux bénéficient d'un co-financement spécifique
