Description
Les prestations sont réglées par un prix forfaitaire. Le bâtiment du centre des congrès du Manège est en cours de travaux de rénovation énergétique ainsi que de la mise aux normes des équipements de sécurité incendie. Dans le cadre de ces travaux, il était initialement prévu d'installer des châssis de désenfumage en toiture. Or, selon une expertise effectuée le 17 juillet 2025 , il s'avère que la couverture présente des pathologies conséquentes et n'a pas été installée conformément aux DTU. Il s'avère nécessaire de remplacer intégralement la couverture en cuivre existante avant l'intégration des châssis de désenfumage. La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation des travaux suivants : -Dépose de la couverture existante -Mise en oeuvre de châssis désenfumage -Fourniture et mise en oeuvre d'un châssis d'accès et d'une échelle à crinoline -Réalisation d'une couverture cuivre à joint debout, compris sous-couverture
