Description

La présente consultation concerne un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre portant réhabilitation énergétique de : - 18 logements en site occupé d'un bâtiment sis 84 rue Dutot à Paris 15, - 51 logements en site occupé d'un bâtiment sis 40-42 rue de Bercy à Paris 12. Un préprogramme est annexé au dossier de consultation. Dans le cadre du Plan Climat Énergie de la Ville de Paris, le projet devra proposer une amélioration sensible des performances thermiques de l'immeuble et obtenir une certification environnementale. Le projet sera soumis à la RE2020.
