La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conception-réalisation dans le cadre d'une opération de réhabilitation de 325 logements et de la démolition de 34 logements au quartier Balance à Grigny (91). La présente consultation est un marché de conception-réalisation permettant, conformément à l'article L. 2171-2 du Code de la commande publique, à l'Acheteur de confier à un opérateur économique une mission portant à la fois sur l'établissement des études et l'exécution des travaux. Cette consultation est passée selon la procédure du dialogue compétitif, conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2124-5 et R. 2124-3 du Code de la commande publique. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le préprogramme. L'enveloppe financière est estimée à 10 500 000,00 euro(s) HT. Le présent marché prévoit des tranches optionnelles. La durée globale prévisionnelle d'exécution incluant l'exécution de l'ensemble des tranches optionnelles, est de trente-six (36) mois, à compter de l'ordre de service (OS) de démarrage global avec douze (12) mois pour la phase conception et vingt-quatre (24) mois dont cinq (5) mois de préparation de chantier …
