Le Comité envisage de construire son nouveau siège social à Epernay et créer un lieu emblématique pour les acteurs de la filière. Le projet s'implante dans d'anciennes halles industrielles à réhabiliter sur une ZAC de la ville d'Epernay. Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est de 32 Meuros HT.
