La présente consultation a pour objet de définir la mission d'Assistance Technique à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (ATMO) en vue de la construction du nouveau siège social du comité interprofessionnel du vin de champagne en conception réalisation. La mission consiste à assister le maître d'ouvrage sur les aspects techniques et le suivi de l'exécution du marché de conception réalisation avec un engagement sur un niveau d'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique au sens de l'article L2171-2 du Code de la Commande Publique.
