Description
La présente consultation porte sur des prestations d'exploitation des installations de production, de distribution de chauffage collectif, d'eaux chaudes sanitaires collectives, des ventilations mécaniques contrôlées (VMC) des bâtiments communaux de la Ville de Clichy-la-Garenne. Le marché est réglé à prix mixtes, de telle sorte que les prestations correspondent à : -Une part prépondérante correspondant aux prix forfaitaires pour les prestations P2, P3 ; -Une part accessoire, par des prix unitaires (BPU) pour les prestations ponctuelles de travaux hors P2, P3. Ainsi, la part prépondérante correspond à un marché ordinaire et la part accessoire à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Ces deux parties sont complémentaires et indissociables l'une de l'autre de telle sorte qu'un seul titulaire peut en assurer l'exécution. La part accessoire correspond, quant à elle, à un accord-cadre à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec maximum en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est fixé à 200 000 euros HT sur la durée totale du marché.
