Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la maintenance des installations de sûreté, détection d'intrusion et PPMS. La consultation est passée en groupement de commande avec le CCAS. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande en application des articles L.2125-1, R2162-1 à 6 et R2162-13 et 14 du Code. L'accord-cadre fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles et les prestations à exécuter. Les prestations du présent marché sont réglées à prix mixtes et se décomposent comme suit : Les prestations de maintenance préventive seront traitées à prix forfaitaire conformément à la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF), Les prestations de maintenance corrective seront traitées à prix unitaires conformément au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). La partie à bons de commande est fixée sans montant minimum annuel et selon le montant maximum annuel de 700 000 euros HT. Une visite des sites est prévue. Les modalités de visites sont prévues dans le reglement de la consultation (RC).
