Description
Le présent marché mixte concerne la fourniture et la mise en uvre d'une solution SAAS (Software As A Service) assurant un dispositif d'alerte pour les travailleurs isolés et services associés dans le cadre de leur activité professionnelle. La solution intègre : Une application mobile pour smartphone Android et IOS, permettant : o Le déclenchement d'une alerte automatique ou volontaire en situation d'urgence des Travailleurs isolés o La géolocalisation du collaborateur dès émission de l'alerte o L'écoute d'ambiance et son enregistrement en cas d'alerte Le transfert en temps réel des alertes à un centre de télésurveillance chargé de recevoir, qualifier et traiter les alertes. Une plateforme d'administration et de configuration du service . Il comprend une phase de mise en uvre de la solution permettant ainsi l'exécution du service régulier tout au long du contrat.
