La consultation porte sur un Marché Cadre ayant pour objet les études de liaisons aériennes et souterraines HTB en France Métropolitaine, hors Corse. Ce marché cadre est utilisé d’une part, par les projets des centres CPRT pour tous types d’études d’ingénierie de liaisons aériennes et souterraines (création, modification, modélisation, etc.) et d’autre part par les CM (Centre de maintenance) et GMR (Groupe de maintenance) pour la mise à jour de données de patrimoine dans le cadre de la politique Doc DO1 et DO4.
